TL;DR: If you have received an item with defects or that does not conform to what you ordered, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product (we will not be able to take charge of any reports received after this period) by sending an e-mail to customercare@bomboogie.com with the following data Billing name of the order Order number Order date Photo of the product received Requests for purchases made from third parties, including physical shops, online platforms such as Zalando, or other retailers will not be taken into account. In these cases, you must contact the shop or platform through which the purchase was made

Requests for purchases made from third parties, including physical shops, online platforms such as Zalando, or other retailers will not be taken into account. In these cases, you must contact the shop or platform through which the purchase was made.
For the return/exchange to be accepted, the items must not have been used and/or damaged, and must also be returned in their original packaging, including labels.
