TL;DR: Make sure you enter the promo code exactly as it was provided, without any spaces. At the checkout page, write or copy and paste the code into the section

Make sure you enter the promo code exactly as it was provided, without any spaces. At the checkout page, write or copy and paste the code into the section.

Enter the code and remember to click 'Apply Coupon Code'.

Once you have entered your promotional code, be sure to click "Apply". 

You can verify that the discount has been applied by checking the item summary: the value of the discount will be deducted and the total price will be changed.

Not working? Check and Contact Us

Is your promo code not working? It could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Only one promo code can be used per order. 
• The code is not valid on items in the Bestseller/down jacket category.

If, after checking, your code still does not work, please contact Customer Service by clicking on Contact.

Note: Remember to enter your promo code at checkout, before completing your order, as you will not be able to add it later.
